Further to the last update all testing and monitoring overnight has been successful. Horizon will continue to monitor into the working day to ensure that all services remain stable. Please retest and should you have any residual issues please contact the IT Servicedesk. A further update will be published by 10.00am to confirm resolution or sooner should the situation change.

Further to the last update, Horizon are seeing the delay in Horizon registrations returning to normal. A further update will be provided by 3.30pm or sooner should information become available.
Further to the last update, the Horizon engineering teams have now advised that those affected by call quality and call routing issues are returning to normal and portal access is significantly improved. The teams are still seeing some residual issues with the Horizon clients which have a delay in registration and are working towards a full resolution. A further update will be posted by 1.30pm or sooner should information become available.
In 2025, BT is due to switch off both ISDN and PSTN services as it moves towards an entirely IP-based model of voice communication.
