Horizon are continuing to investigate the root cause of the issue impacting Busy Lamp Fields (BLF). Horizon engineers are fully engaged and working to restore full service as a priority. A further update will follow at 1pm.
We are aware that Horizon customers may experience issues with Busy Lamp Fields (BLF’s) not displaying. Horizon have engaged their engineers who are working alongside their technology partner to identify the root cause of the issue and work towards a resolution as soon as possible. A further update will be provided by 11am or sooner should information become available.
Vodafone have identified the cause of an issue that affected some mobile data and broadband services. This issue has now been fully resolved.
Vodafone are thanking their customers for their patience during this issue, and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Vodafone have confirmed a failure of an international link (used to transmit data between countries) but is rerouting traffic to address the issue. A further statement has been released by a Vodafone spokesperson:
“Our engineers are working hard to fix the issue and services are now being restored.”
“This could take some time before they are working as normal. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.”
Vodafone are currently experiencing a major global outage, causing issues across their mobile and data network. Vodafone engineers are continuing to investigate the issue and will provide an update at the earliest opportunity.
