Outage Update: Data problems hit O2 mobile network

O2 are now reporting that their 4G network has been restored. O2’s technical teams will continue to monitor service performance closely over the next few days to ensure they remain stable. A review will be carried out with the 3rd party involved (Ericsson) to understand fully what happened. O2 would like to thank their customers for their patience during the loss of service on Thursday 6th December and they apologise for any impact the issue may have caused.
