Further to the last update, Horizon engineering teams have made changes on call routes to improve call failures. There may still be some residual call quality issues and Horizon engineers are still investigating. Horizon are still seeing portal performance issues across their portals (Gamma Portal, MyInbound Gui, Horizon Gui and Sip Trunk Call manager Gui). A further update will be posted at 10.30am or sooner should information become available.
