Horizon engineers have now isolated the root cause of the issue to a number of underlying data circuits which were part of routine planned infrastructure migrations over the last 48 hours. In order to ensure full operability of the BLF functionality, Horizon are undertaking regression work on the migrated data circuits which will be completed to restore BLF Functionality by 9am on 11th July. A further update on the work taking place will be posted by 5pm.
