We can confirm the Horizon Corporate Directory is now working normally, and all handset types are now working as expected. The issue relating to the Corporate Directory only affected Polycom and Yealink handsets, Cisco and Softclients were unaffected.
An issue remains on the Corporate Directory feature, handsets may display a “Directory Server not Responding” error message. Horizon engineering teams can replicate the issue and are investigating the cause and resolution. A further update will be provided by 13.00PM or earlier if any information becomes available.
We are aware that Horizon customers may be unable to access the Corporate Directory facility on their handsets this morning. Users may encounter a “Directory Server not Responding” error message when attempting to access the Corporate Directory facility.
