iData turns 3!

In 2008 i Data Com was founded by 3 people with over 30 years experience in the telecoms industry. They were brought together by a shared dream of providing innovative, reliable, high quality products and services and excellent customer care. And over the last 3 years, this is precisely what we have delivered.

Now in purpose built premises on one of Europe’s largest industrial and business parks, i Data has gained an unrivalled reputation for high quality service across a range of options. Our workforce now consists of highly trained, dedicated professionals specialising in particular areas of the business, be it the ever changing face of mobile technology, to the design, installation and development of computer networks, to advising on suitable telephony equipment.

With a rapidly expanding customer base on the mobile side of the business, we were not about to sit still and rest on our laurels and in May 2010 we designed and implemented our own landline billing platform. The forecast for 2011 is that by the end of the year we will be billing over 500,000 minutes per month.

In order to meet the individual needs of our clients, i Data maintains a wide range of accreditations including Apple iPhone, LG Ericsson iPecs, Vodafone one-Net are amongst a few, and in 2010 i Data became a Vodafone Gold Partner, one of only 75 in the UK.
